CONTRACT WORK

Contains particularly the full extent of work - mandatory itemized budget, construction schedule, guarantees and method of financing.

CONSTRUCTION PERIOD

FROM DATE OF ISSUANCE of building permits to base construction  - up to 1 Month, finished building within 2 - 3 months.

FINANCING

Client pays monthly installment starting from signing Purchase contract. Possibility to use bank resources.

PROJECT

Client gets house based on models in Brilant Dom SK catalogue,  but our programme offers a modification of any model of houses. All requests have to be discussed with our project engineers.

PROCEDURE

We normally start with an introduction to project and technologies we use. Visiting model houses follows with Reservation contract. After client put down deposit, Future contract is signed.
