These prices are indicative. We are mentioning rough cost to inform our customers about the initial price levels. When calculating the price of your project, please follow these steps: (Price/m2) x (The total floor area).

Evaluating your project

Costs will be compiled on request by sending these documents to our address - mail, fax or e-mail.

Pricing transparency

Together with the contract we prepare a detailed itemized budget according to the final project for the construction permit, which we consult several times with all clients mainly due to the choice of materials.

Those items in the ROUGH construction costs include the highest-quality materials, and the highest-quality materials sourced from within the EU. These materials cannot be exchanged for cheaper, lower-quality materials even on client's specific request

Alternative materials are freely optional according to the client's preference.
